Reporting an error
If a calculator gives a number you believe is wrong, the most useful report includes:
- which calculator, and the exact dates or figures you entered;
- the number it produced and the number you expected;
- the source you are working from, if you have one.
Rules change and errors happen. Reports that include the inputs let a problem be reproduced and fixed quickly, and the fix ships with a test so it stays fixed.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your personal immigration or tax position. We do not know your visa status, treaty position or circumstances, and answering would be both unhelpful and irresponsible. For that, speak to a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction or contact the immigration or tax authority directly.
